Alan McElroy is an award winning Irish comedian, living in New Zealand. He is fresh from a 28 show sell out tour of NZ with his show, Booze & Craic and the Fringe festivals with his new show Mistaken Identity. In 2022, he sold out the full run of the The Full Irish & The Comedy Pub Crawl at Melbourne International Comedy Festival and is also a regular guest on Radio New Zealand’s ‘The Panel’. He has performed at comedy & Fringe festivals around the world.
With his energetic, storytelling style, Alan is a sought-after MC & headliner at comedy clubs & corporate events around NZ. He has recently been nominated for Best MC & Best Producer with his company, Crack Up Comedy at the NZ Comedy Guild Awards 2023.
